Here are some of the frequent questions we receive from our customers

We are a team with extensive HR management experience who understands the challenges you face when you are looking for a new job: hours spent to improve your CV, search and apply to job posts. We offer a complete solution which includes reviewing and upgrading your CV, finding open positions as per your requirements and applying to them on your behalf, setting up an interview with the future employer and preparing you for the discussion. To sum it up, we take care of everything: all we need from you is your CV and a few discussions to get you ready.
You are our client and not the employers, therefore we will do everything to represent your interests.

That’s easy:

  • Fill out the questionnaire on our website and send it to us together with your CV. We will review it in the shortest time and let you know if we can help you
  • You will receive a confirmation from our side together with a representation contract that will need to be signed online by you
  • Next, we will issue an invoice for the initial fee, and, after payment, we will set up a first discussion with you to better understand your experience and requirements
We normally accept 99% of candidates. However, if you don’t have any work experience and you’re looking for a CEO position or if you want to be a tiger tamer in Antarctica, we will not be able to help you.

We charge an initial representation fee, which includes reviewing and adjusting your CV, having a first online discussion to calibrate on expectations, identification of job posts that match your requirements and applications on your behalf. The value of this fee differs depending on the role you are looking for and not your current experience, as follows:

  • Entry-level roles (up to 3 yrs of experience required): 100 EUR
  • Mid-level roles (3-5 yrs of experience required): 150 EUR
  • Senior (expert)-level roles (5+ yrs of experience required): 200 EUR
  • Director/Executive roles: 250 EUR

Other fees:

  • 50 EUR – optional – preparation discussion with us before the interview, if needed
We commit to land you an interview in 60 days from the payment of the initial fee, otherwise you have a full money-back guarantee. This will be stated as well in our contract.
You will be charged with a fee only for the interviews we set up with the potential employer, and, after your payment, you will receive the interview details. In order to make sure that we don’t target the same companies as you, we will ask you at the beginning of our collaboration to give us a list of all the interviews you landed since you started your job search.
Hopefully this will not happen, but, if it does, we will need to continue our search. You will not need to repay the initial fee and the interview fee you already paid is not refundable.
We work globally. We can represent you no matter where you are located, what experience you currently have, if you want to work onsite, remote or in a hybrid mode.
We can find you a job in another country that requires physical relocation only if you already have the right to legally work in that country (for ex: work permit or moving from one EU country to another EU country)
You will have the option to fill in our questionnaire the desired salary/ other perks. If you do that, we will not target the jobs that are below your minimum expectations. If you don’t do that, we will target all the positions that fit your requirements. However, in cases where employers don’t state a salary range for the job, you will need to discuss this matter directly with them during the interview.
We accept all major credit cards through a secure online connection, or they can be paid on the IBAN account stated on the invoice.
